This class is recommended for non-mobile infants, generally birth through about 9 months of age. 

Every child’s music development benefits from early exposure to music and movement. Because the early months are so important, Music Together^® offers two options for new parents with infants. The first is that families may attend a Mixed Age class, whether registered on their own or attending with an older sibling. The second is this special class, our Music Class for New Parents (also known as the Babies class), typically offered as a one-semester introduction to Music Together. 

In our Babies Class the music activities and materials are specially designed for parents who want to learn as much as possible about music development in infants, meet other parents of newborns, and learn fascinating music activities you can recreate at home with your baby.  Babies are naturally musical- and you don't have to be a great singer or dancer youself to nuture their love of music.
